Assembler

Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies has an opening in Toledo, OH for an assembler to produce assembled electronic and cable assemblies and subassemblies.

• →Follow production drawings and work instructions, and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• →Assemble smart electronic components and cable assembles using small hand tools.
• →Crimp, solder, cement, press or similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
• →Perform assembly tasks such as encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stripping, and/or stamping.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is not required, but a +; willing to train the right person.
• Visual acuity and able to distinguish colors
• Able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong manual dexterity and gripping with both hands.
• Attention to detail, well organized, and consistent.
• Sustained dependable attendance.
• Interested in learning tasks and jobs.
• Open to changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks.
