Supply Chain Manager

• →Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports, ensuring timely, constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals. Applies progressive discipline promptly and consistently, manages performance on a regular basis, and addresses issues as they arise.
• →Engage with team members regularly to ensure proactive conflict resolution, development, and alignment on tasks and priorities.
• →Assist in the company’s goal-setting process by recommending department goals and working with team members to assign individual goals

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, operations, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Experience working within an AS9100-compliant quality management system.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, production planning, scheduling, material requirements planning, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Demonstrated understanding of quote-to-cash processes and work order generation in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems; experience with VISUAL Manufacturing ERP is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and related technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated record of achieving operational results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, delegation, and team-development skills

• Position will work primarily in an office environment with a low noise level but may occasionally have exposure to the production floor with moderate to excessive noise.
• This is a full-time, onsite position.
• The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 7:30AM – 5:00PM and every other Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

COMPENSATION: The hiring range for this position is $95,000 - $135,000. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
