We’re looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to help maintain the curb appeal of our rental properties. This is a full-time role with the potential to transition into a Maintenance Technician position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns and landscaping to high aesthetic and safety standards
• Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) efficiently and safely
• Ensure job site cleanliness and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
• Support the maintenance team with general labor tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Full-time role (Monday–Friday, weather-dependent, 10+ hour days)
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform outdoor labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in residential maintenance, landscaping, or construction preferred
