Responsibilities

→Establish trust and build effective relationships with customers, executives, engineering
and production teams, and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
→Manage and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering solutions for
multiple concurrent projects
→Organize project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and
determining resource requirements
→Identify risks to the contracted scope and develop mitigation plans
→Interface with all departments including design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly,
and testing to ensure project alignment
→Support business development and new work proposals, and generate additional scopes
of work for current projects as required

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Materials Science, Robotics, or equivalent
education
Experience leading technology based products through the various developmental
phases including requirements definition, design, testing, field trials, and production
Experience balancing resources across multiple projects, as well as tracking scope,
schedule, and budget
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, software configuration tools, and project
management systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams of varying skills and experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with software, firmware, mechanical, and/ or electrical engineering
teams as a developer preferred
2 - 5 + years Product Management experience
Previous experience in a start-up environment, working on complex software and
hardware projects with multiple stakeholders is highly preferred
Prior experience transitioning projects into production is highly preferred
