  • A: You will average $1,650 weekly ($85k+ annually), with top earners pulling $1,800 to $2,000 per week. Pay includes experience CPM ($0.62–$0.65 for 0 to 36+ mos), $50 per load, $25 stop pay, an optional $150 Long Island bonus, $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days ($500 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60/90/120/150 days, $500 at 180 days). • What do the routes and freight specs look like?
  • A: Run regional lanes across NJ, NH, NY, PA, ME, MA, and VT averaging 280 miles per haul with 2 stops per load. Freight is 100% no-touch, utilizing preloaded trailers, DC drop-and-hooks, and store live unloads. You'll park overnight safely at retail store locations before morning deliveries behind late-model International, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment. (Orientation site: Shippensburg).
• How often will I get back home to reset?
  • A: Enjoy consistent weekly home time for a solid 34-hour reset. Reset days vary and weekends off are not guaranteed. Shifts require day/night and weekend availability, PM pickups, and early-morning deliveries (~5:00 AM weekdays, ~7:00 AM weekends).
• What are the hiring requirements and benefits?
  • A: You need at least 3 months of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years (past 36 months) and clean results from strict dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
