The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Collision Center in Elkton, MD.

We are a third-generation, family-owned company representing 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands, proudly supporting over 90 local charities and organizations.

• →Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• →Support daily office operations within the collision center
• →Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash
• →Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation
• →Maintain accurate files, reports, and records
• →Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• →Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
• Computer skills required (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License
