The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Diesel Technician / Auto Service Repair Technician to join our busy, family-owned operation.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel and automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, brakes, and emissions
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and testing on major components
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Complete accurate repair orders and communicate with Service Advisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technologies

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive and/or diesel repair experience
  • ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Full set of tools
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions
