What You’ll Do: • Deliver in-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy. • Evaluate patients and build individualized, functional care plans. • Focus on meaningful outcomes, not rushed visit volumes. • Educate patients and families to support long-term success. • Complete documentation in EMR.
