As part of the People + Talent Operations team, this role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the colleague’s lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of colleague requests. The People Operations Analyst will help resolve queries, handle administrative tasks related to personnel and organizational data, and manage attendance records. This role will also escalate operational issues to relevant parties for resolution, contributing to the overall effectiveness of People + Talent Operations.   Key Responsibilities  Oversee the administration of new starter and leaver processes, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, managing background checks, and updating People + Talent records. Maintain People + Talent systems by processing changes to colleague data, including contract modifications, background checks, and holiday entitlements. Ensure People + Talent files and documents are properly managed, maintained, and archived in line with local data protection regulations. Respond to day-to-day colleague queries, providing effective solutions or escalating issues when necessary. Prepare standard and ad-hoc People + Talent reports, maintain People + Talent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assist with system and process updates. Advanced user for People + Talent systems, assisting colleagues with system-related queries and supporting system improvements. Contribute to process improvements and support the People + Talent team with ad-hoc projects and training. Assist in preparing for internal or external payroll audits, ensuring all payroll documentation and records are accurate and readily accessible.   Knowledge, Skills + Experience 1+ years of experience in payroll and People + Talent. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English. Experience in a fast-paced, global organization preferred. Familiar working with Dayforce/ADP or any other Human Capital Management systems. Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to handle multiple transactions and requests. Highly organized and methodical with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to handle highly confidential information.  Strong background in Microsoft Office – Highly proficient in Excel.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
