While the role is primarily on-site, it can be based out of either the Bellevue or Ellensburg office, with remote flexibility considered based on experience and location.   What You’ll Do Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs Build and grow a personal book of business through proactive, strategic business development Manage and deepen client relationships following acquisition Monitor market trends and participate in ongoing investment strategy discussions Meet or exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition Design and deliver tailored client service and planning experiences Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to enhance client outcomes Actively expand professional network through events and relationship-building efforts Contribute to and uphold a high-performance, client-first culture   What You’ll Bring At least 5 years of experience as an Advisor in wealth management Proven track record of growing a book of business Series 65 (or equivalent) certification Primarily on-site, remote option may be available for non-local candidates dependent upon experience and client base Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred Bachelor's degree is required   What We Offer Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver) 401k matching plan HSA employer contributions Student loan assistance Pet insurance Base salary of $160,000-$170,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)   Hightower’s Story Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
