About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, you will be the dedicated People partner for our Care organization, which sits with our broader Technology org. You will work closely with leaders up to VP level to ensure their teams are aligned, high-performing, and set up to deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. This role will also support the individual contributors and frontline managers throughout the rest of the Technology organization.

This role requires a professional with advanced, wide-ranging experience. You will be expected to resolve complex professional issues with independent judgment, acting as a subject matter resource for your stakeholders.

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech organizations. Experience supporting complex LOA and Accommodation cases is a plus.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to exempt and non-exempt team members.

  • Communication: Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
