Breakfast Attendant - Crooked River Lodge

We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our top-notch hospitality team at the Crooked River Lodge. This position will require you to be able to prepare and set out self-serve breakfast meals in an efficient and attractive manner for our hotel guests.

• →Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• →Properly cook food to company and industry standards
• →Monitor food temperatures
• →Ensure a great presentation of food items
• →Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and breakfast room
• →Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• →Check quality of ingredients
• →Monitor stock and place orders when needed
• →Maintain a friendly rapport with guests
• →Set up and tear down the dining area for special events

• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

• Ability to work in a team

• Good communication skills

• Good physical condition and stamina
