  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Record and communicate technical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Foster professional and collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Internship, vacation work, or practical experience in Electrical, Electronics, Rail Systems, Signalling, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in system maintenance, technical support, testing, commissioning, or related engineering activities.
  • Understanding of railway signalling, onboard systems, telecommunications, or industrial control systems would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call support activities and occasional site-based work.
