• →Develop and Implement HSE Programs:
  • →Create and maintain comprehensive HSE programs that align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • →Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • →Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• →Conduct HSE Training:
  • →Deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring they understand and comply with safety regulations.
  • →Develop and maintain training records.
• →Investigate Incidents and Accidents:
  • →Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • →Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations for prevention.
• →Monitor Compliance:
  • →Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
  • →Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
• →Promote a Safety Culture:
  • →Foster a positive safety culture within the organization by promoting awareness and engagement.
  • →Encourage employees to report safety concerns and hazards.
• →Liaise with Regulatory Authorities:
  • →Interact with regulatory agencies, such as OSHA or local authorities, to ensure compliance and address any issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC Certificate.
• ISO 14001&45001 Certification.
• HSE specific certification.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking.
• Working experience not less than 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and analyze data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
