• Logistic Plan Management:
• ing to the submission of the supply chain planning documentation necessary Internally (Logistic Plan to stakeholders) and Externally (to Client for applying Shipment Authorization, Factory Acceptance Test, Joint Inspections, Invoicing etc)
• Transportation & Freight Management:

Planning and coordinating shipments across all modes of transportation, selecting carriers, and managing schedules to ensure timely delivery

• Inbound Inspection

Ensuring the appearance on Goods Inbound Inspections, as well as Client Joint Inspection and other if necessarily under Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Overseeing receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining accuracy, coordinating space, and conducting cycle counts

• Documentation & Compliance:

Preparing and verifying shipping documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with local and international customs laws

• Process Optimization & Analysis:

Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and using software to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements

• General Support:

Performing essential administrative tasks like order entry, invoice management, Service Entry Sheet creation and providing support/training to team members

• Security & Risk Management:

Ensuring goods are stored and transported securely and developing contingency plans for potential disruptions.

• RMA Management:

Being responsible for Return Shipment for failure equipment, including logging in RMA number, packaging and preparing the shipping documents and carrier selection and its re-import after repair
