Production Supervisor

In this role, you will lead daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll inspire and develop production teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and solve operational challenges while delivering on production commitments.

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.

• Guide, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.

• Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.

• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards.

• Investigate and resolve production, equipment, and quality issues through effective problem-solving.

• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational performance.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate production records and use data to drive operational decisions.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in production operations.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
