Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Power Systems or Electrical Machines.
8-10 years of experience in transformer design and development.
Strong expertise in electromagnetic design, insulation coordination, thermal analysis, and transformer mechanical design.
Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FEM software, and MATLAB/Simulink.
Solid understanding of international transformer standards, including IEC and ANSI/IEEE.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Project management experience is an advantage
