Most AI companies sell tools. We transform how businesses run.

Peach Pilot builds a platform that ingests everything about how a company operates every system, every process, every signal and constructs a Company Brain: a living knowledge graph that connects people, decisions, and outcomes across the entire organization. We deploy 92 pre-built AI agents that work together across every business function, governed by humans at every critical step. The system gets smarter with every interaction.

We don't sell software licenses. We embed into a client's operation, learn their business in weeks, show them what's broken backed by their own data, and redesign their highest-impact business functions with AI. Our first vertical is insurance. Our first client engagement is already scoped and funded.

Peach Pilot is co-founded by Mario Montag (Predikto acquired by a Fortune 50; McKinsey, PwC) and JP James (Hive Financial Assets, Georgia Tech, TITAN 100). We have a working platform with live infrastructure and a proven data-to-insights methodology.

This is an early engineering team hire. You will own the full-stack layer of the platform that powers everything we deliver to clients from the data pipelines that feed the Company Brain to the applications that make AI-generated insights legible and actionable for non-technical executives.

We are building agentic-first software. AI agents are not a feature we are adding they are the foundation we are building on from day one. If you have been waiting for the right environment to build this way, this is it.

Our users are CEOs and operations leaders who have never touched a terminal. Your job is to build applications and integrations that are so clear and trustworthy that a business leader can act on AI recommendations without hesitation. That is a harder engineering problem than it sounds.

Responsibilities

Build the application and interfaces that deliver the Company X-Ray the moment a client sees what's broken in their own business, backed by their own data. You are building a product. The platform must be repeatable, scalable, and deployable across every client engagement. These surfaces expose performance gaps, misaligned resources, and missed revenue in plain language with rich visual context. This is the moment that sells the engagement and earns client trust.

Build the platform layer that connects to every system a client uses CRM, email, calls, calendars, documents, chat, financial systems through our Nango-based integration layer with 700+ connectors. You are building the application infrastructure that makes ingestion repeatable and scalable across engagements, not doing the data work of a consultant. Own data quality standards: deduplication, enrichment, classification, and validation before data enters the knowledge graph.

Build the front-end layer that surfaces AI agent activity, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop governance to client users. Agents don't operate in the background — they communicate. You are responsible for how that communication happens and whether it earns trust or loses it.

Own the ingestion and rendering of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files with encryption and audit trails at every step. Enterprise clients will find edge cases in the first week — build it to handle them.

  • Frontend: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Plotly, D3, Recharts
  • Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js/TypeScript
  • AI/LLM: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, LiteLLM (multi-model routing)
  • Data & Graph: Memgraph, Neo4j, Qdrant, PostgreSQL, Redis
  • Integrations: Nango (700+ connectors)
  • Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, GCE, Firebase) · Azure (Cosmos DB, AI Search) · GitHub Actions CI/CD · Docker

We are cloud-agnostic across GCP and Azure. The right hire will help shape how we deploy and scale across both.

  • 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on building polished, client-facing interfaces that non-technical users actually trust and use.
  • Expert in React and TypeScript. Equally comfortable building the Python or Node.js endpoints your frontend needs.
  • Experienced integrating third-party APIs, document processors, and data visualization libraries into unified, seamless experiences.
  • AI-literate: you have built interfaces that handle streaming responses, LLM latency, and output uncertainty with clarity — not confusion.
  • Comfortable working with graph databases or data-intensive applications where the data model is as important as the code.
  • Startup-tested: you have built something from zero in an early-stage environment and are energized by seeing your work directly impact real businesses.

You are joining a proven founder's second company with established domain credibility. We have a working platform with live infrastructure and a first client engagement already in motion. You will have access to production data, live workflows, and real compliance requirements from day one.

Every engagement makes the platform smarter. Every client's data enriches the knowledge base for the next one. You are not building features for a backlog — you are building the engine that transforms how companies operate.

We pay market rates and offer meaningful founding-team equity.
