Load materials, monitor production, perform quality checks, and keep your area safe and organized. You’ll: Operate and monitor machines Load raw materials & troubleshoot minor issues Perform quality checks Follow safety & food safety standards Work with a team to meet goals What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, moving throughout shift Basic math and reading skills Mechanical aptitude a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?
