Implementation Manager (Field-Based), Dallas

As the Field Program Manager, you will ensure that Homebound's technology and AI deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost across our homebuilding operations. You will lead field technology deployment, change management, process optimization, and cross-functional execution, helping bridge the gap between our product and operations teams to drive platform adoption and operational excellence on the jobsite.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, influences without authority, and leads by example. Reporting to technology leadership, you will partner closely with product, operations, and field teams to help scale the systems, tools, and processes transforming a $1 Trillion industry. Strong performers will gain the exposure and skills to take on a broader technology implementation portfolio.

This role is based in Dallas/Fort Worth. Time will be split weekly between jobsites in Dallas and in-office days alongside Procurement, Estimation, and Architecture & Design to ensure tight coordination between field and central operations.

Scope is expected to expand to include Houston as a second market.

  Field Deployment & First-Line Support: Serve as the first point of escalation for technology troubleshooting in the field. Resolve daily escalations from Superintendents and maintain a weekly in-field presence across Dallas and, over time, Houston.

  Change Management & Field Enablement: Own technology onboarding for new Superintendents and trade partners. Maintain mobile field app training after initial launch and hold Supers accountable to best practices, including schedule maintenance and video capture. Translate field feedback into product insights in partnership with the Implementation Manager and product managers.

  Platform Adoption and Impact: Co-own Super adoption metrics in Texas with the Implementation Manager. Diagnose root cause of adoption blockers and intervene 1:1 to course correct. Ensure the platform is generating reliable data to train our AI models.

  Workflow and Process Optimization: Shadow Supers on new community schedules and iterate task universe and sequencing based on site reality. Handle in-field schedule adjustments. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to execution speed, cost, and quality, synthesizing observed needs into actionable input for the product team.

  Cross-Functional Program Delivery: Run the third-party video capture program in market — onboard capture partners, validate uploaded submissions, and ensure payment and feedback loops. Build strong working relationships across product, operations, estimation, and procurement to keep schedules, tasks, and best practices aligned across field and central operations, and maintain effective collaboration with front line construction partners.

• 4+ years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, technical program coordination, solutions implementation, or process improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption within field teams and achieve quantitative measures of success.

• Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or field operations technology is a strong plus.

• Based in Dallas with weekly jobsite presence; future expectation of regular presence in Houston.

• Strong analytical skills including adoption metric tracking and root cause analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between field, technical, and business stakeholders.

• A structured thinker with high EQ and initiative who knows when to drive tactical execution versus build a process for scale.
