HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager for our Addiction Recovery Services Program to join our team. This role focuses on providing case management, advocacy, and recovery-focused services for individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders.
About the Position
The Case Manager in Addiction Recovery Services will deliver clinical and rehabilitative services to individuals who require frequent contact in addiction recovery programs, including DOC Community Sentencing, TANF/Child Welfare, Medication-Assisted Treatment Programs and other addiction related services. The role involves linking clients to resources, assisting with recovery planning, and providing skills training to support independent living and sobriety goals.

The Addiction Recovery Services Program supports individuals on their journey toward recovery through integrated care, harm reduction, and access to community resources.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Case Management II (CM II) certification.
Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
