We’re looking for compassionate, dependable team members who want to make a real impact while working in a collaborative, relationship-focused clinic environment.

✓Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm)

✓No weekends or major holidays

✓$20–$24/hour based on experience & location

Responsibilities

You’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

→Welcoming and rooming patients
→Taking vitals and updating medical histories
→Supporting providers during patient visits
→Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work
→Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification)
→Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostics
→Answering patient questions and providing phone support
→Preparing and stocking exam rooms
→Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment

High school diploma or GED
Medical Assistant training or relevant clinical experience
BLS/CPR certification
Comfort using EMR systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

CMA/RMA certification
Experience in team-based care environments
