You will plan, prepare, and assess learning activities and support learners to achieve their goals.
Additionally, you will:
- Support curriculum development aligned with Rochdale and Greater Manchester priorities
- Engage with residential childcare providers and sector partners for curriculum input and placements
- Deliver safeguarding and pastoral support embedded within college structures
- Monitor learner progress, attendance, and achievement, with early intervention where needed
