Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions.
  •  Manage partnerships from pitch through execution, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and align business strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and business travel as needed.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify appropriate brands for IP collaboration through market research and industry analysis.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the gaming and/or entertainment industries.
  • Experience in brand/IP and cross-industry collaborations.
  • Strong multitasking ability and deadline management.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders from China.
  • Passion for gaming, especially in the ACG space.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Overseas work experience is a plus.
