About the Role
HP is transforming the way people work through next-generation cloud platforms and AI-powered solutions. HP’s developer ecosystem supports thousands of engineers building, testing, and delivering software that powers HP’s products, platforms, and services worldwide. At the center of that ecosystem is our internal CI/CD platform—a foundational product that enables secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery across diverse teams, technologies, and business units.
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for HP’s CI/CD platform. This role is responsible for shaping the platform’s long‑term strategy, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives and epics, leading cross‑functional governance, and representing the product to a broad set of stakeholders. You will also play a critical role in ensuring an excellent developer experience, including documentation, support workflows, and community engagement.
You will partner with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to shape strategy, roadmap, and execution of CI/CD platform capabilities that accelerate developer productivity, improve quality, and unlock innovation across HP business units.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, DevOps, and developer productivity, and is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex, enterprise‑scale environments.

Cross‑Functional Execution
* Collaborate with product, engineering, security, data, and AI teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
* Lead cross‑functional governance, aligning engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders around platform decisions and standards.
* Partner closely with architecture and engineering to define outcomes, guide technical direction, and ensure solutions meet enterprise‑scale requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage internal platform customers to understand pain points, adoption challenges, and AI transformation opportunities.
* Incorporate voice‑of‑customer feedback, usability research, and data insights into platform decisions.
* Represent the product to stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating strategy, trade‑offs, progress, and outcomes.
* Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
