Responsibilities

→Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of web and backend applications built using PHP Laravel.
→Design, architect, and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
→Maintain high code quality by following best practices, including OOP, SOLID principles, and unit testing.
→Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
→Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers, fostering their technical development and overall productivity.
→Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
→Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
→Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to improve development processes and team performance.
→Implement secure coding standards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
→Enforce robust authentication, access control, encryption, and other application security best practices.
→Partner with the DevOps team to maintain secure cloud infrastructure and deployment environments across AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
→Optimize database performance and server efficiency across MySQL, MS SQL, and MariaDB with Galera Cluster.
→Configure, manage, and maintain Nginx, Linux-based servers, and distributed system environments.
→Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking solutions to ensure application reliability and system stability.
