4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
Expertise in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI practices.
Familiarity with usability testing, user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows for effective developer collaboration.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.

→Present design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
→Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design processes and standards.
→Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
