Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability standards, and user-centered design practices.
Hands-on experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in agile, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

→Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
→Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
→Develop, maintain, and scale design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.
→Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape user experience strategies and product direction.
→Translate business goals and user requirements into effective and user-centric design solutions.
→Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products and platforms.
→Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
→Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless cross-platform compatibility.
→Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
→Present design concepts, workflows, and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
→Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
→Contribute to product strategy through innovative, user-focused thinking and design-driven problem solving.
→Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and project deliverables.
