• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality serving experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to carry trays and serve beverages safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and basic cocktail preparation preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and age verification laws.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

• →Greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages promptly.
• →Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• →Open tabs, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• →Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations.
• →Restock glassware, garnishes, service trays, and beverage supplies as needed.
• →Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes or simple beverage items when required.
• →Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management of issues as needed.
• →Follow all sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
