JOB DESCRIPTION

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• →Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• →Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to maximize service flow.
• →Escort guests to tables and communicate server sections effectively.
• →Answer phones, take messages, and provide basic restaurant information.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• →Assist with menus, to-go orders, and guest requests as needed.
• →Monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management.
• →Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
