PM Lobby Attendant

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to consistently work the PM shift from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

• →Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• →Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• →Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• →Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• →Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
• →Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• →Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
• →Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• →Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
