Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Ensure accurate and timely processing of accruals and related payments in line with financial policies.
- →Manage customer contracts, ensuring timely receipt, proper documentation, and required approvals.
- →Oversee contract-related invoicing, including invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, to meet agreed customer timelines.
- →Support SOX compliance and audit requirements by maintaining controls, documentation, and audit evidence.
- →Partner with OTC teams to reduce aged receivables, investigate overdue balances, and support timely payments and customer dispute resolution.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI
- Strong data management skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
