Responsibilities

→Independently handle complex insurance processes using multiple client platforms.
→Improve operational efficiency by evaluating issues, refining workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
→Deliver an excellent customer experience by engaging with clients, responding to concerns, and fostering strong working relationships.
→Carry out audits and issue analysis to identify process gaps, resolve discrepancies, and meet compliance standards.
→Lead training initiatives by developing training programs, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior team members.
→Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to align with operational objectives.
→Apply quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet quality benchmarks and client expectations.
→Provide additional operational support, including data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field
Background in training and coaching (preferably with experience as a BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor)
Strong written communication skills, especially in email correspondence
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management, and planning abilities
Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation
Experience in quality assurance, including process review and optimization
Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks
Experience with Insurance Level processes
