Lead Mobile Developer (Cross-Platform)

Perform 100% code reviews for iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose).

Enforce best practices, coding standards, and clean architecture principles.

Ensure mobile applications meet performance benchmarks for speed, stability, and responsiveness.

Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and technical issues.

Mentor and guide mobile developers in technical skills, coding standards, and agile practices.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement.

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.

Work closely with leadership to ensure timely sprint delivery and issue resolution.

Evaluate and adopt new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Improve development efficiency and application quality through innovation.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 9 years of mobile application development experience.

• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose

Proven experience leading mobile development teams in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting mobile applications.

Relevant mobile development or agile certifications are a plus.
