Responsibilities

→Develop and implement leasing strategies for retail and commercial properties
→Identify, target, and secure high-quality tenants aligned with property positioning
→Conduct site viewings, presentations, and client meetings
→Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals
→Build and maintain relationships with retailers, corporate clients, and brokers
→Analyze market trends, tenant mix, and competitor developments
→Ensure high occupancy rates and revenue targets are consistently met
→Coordinate with marketing and property management teams for leasing campaigns
→Maintain accurate leasing reports, pipeline tracking, and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
At least 4–6 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing or tenant acquisition
Strong network within retail brands, F&B, and commercial tenants is an advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving leasing targets
Knowledge of Quezon City retail and commercial property market
Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing/CRM tools
