→Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow management to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
→ Manage and develop production teams, including staffing, training, performance management, shift scheduling, and employee engagement.
→ Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, occupational safety, and applicable regulatory requirements across the production floor.
→ Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying production bottlenecks, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives.
→ Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure production equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration, while monitoring and reporting key production, quality, and cost performance indicators.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in a food production or manufacturing plant, with strong exposure to production operations.
At least 3 years of plant operations management experience, preferably with a multinational company or leading local organization.
Strong knowledge of production management systems, ERP, manufacturing equipment, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and applicable quality and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.
