The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase market share, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing communications across multiple channels and business units.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent brand representation while delivering measurable marketing outcomes through strategic planning, market analysis, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, revenue targets, and business expansion plans.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans, identifying key campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, customer behavior, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor marketing effectiveness against business objectives.
Brand Management
  • Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing communications across traditional and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and customer awareness through strategic campaigns, events, partnerships, and community engagement activities.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials, promotional assets, and communication content.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, websites, search marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising channels.
  • Develop content strategies that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics and customer insights.
  • Explore emerging digital tools, technologies, and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and customer reach.
Campaign & Promotions Management
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns, product promotions, seasonal initiatives, and customer acquisition programs.
  • Coordinate marketing activities that support branch operations, sales targets, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining quality standards and budget requirements.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Business Development, and other internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, creative partners, media suppliers, event organizers, and external vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to maximize marketing investments and campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management & Performance Analysis
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track expenditures and monitor return on investment (ROI) across marketing initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, and brand metrics.
  • Utilize data and market intelligence to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and performance objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for team members.
  • Ensure efficient workflow management and successful execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience, including exposure to brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, customer engagement strategies, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Background in retail, consumer goods, automotive, motorcycle, multi-brand, dealership, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
