Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)

About the Role

The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for providing healthcare support, emergency response, and occupational health services within a workplace setting. The role contributes to employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and health program implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance, first aid, and emergency response.
• Conduct employee health assessments and monitoring.
• Manage clinic records, reports, and documentation.
• Support occupational health, wellness, and preventive care programs.
• Coordinate medical referrals and emergency cases.
• Assist in health and safety compliance initiatives.
• Ensure clinic readiness and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• With BOSH Certification.
• With active BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Experience in occupational health, company clinic, project/site clinic, or hospital setting is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.

Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday (Shifting)

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
