The Organizational Development Manager leads initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture across the business. The role works closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams to design practical organization and workforce solutions, support transformation initiatives, and strengthen leadership and employee capability through data-driven and structured OD strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Change Management, or Organization Design, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Certification in Organizational Development is required
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end OD initiatives, including assessment, solution design, implementation, and measurement across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, governance, risk management, timeline management, and tracking of outcomes and benefits
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct organizational diagnostics and assessments, including organization health reviews, capability gap analysis, engagement insights, and performance trend evaluation, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
- →Develop and implement organization design and workforce structure initiatives, including role clarity, operating models, job families, and span-of-control optimization
- →Support transformation and change management initiatives through change planning, stakeholder engagement, communication alignment, and adoption support
- →Design and facilitate leadership development and team effectiveness programs focused on collaboration, accountability, decision-making, leadership behaviors, and ways of working
- →Lead workshops and working sessions for leaders and teams covering organizational alignment, culture, operational effectiveness, and problem-solving initiatives
- →Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to strengthen talent management and performance enablement programs, including succession planning and capability-building initiatives
- →Create and standardize OD frameworks, playbooks, toolkits, and methodologies to improve consistency and scalability across the organization
- →Monitor and evaluate OD program effectiveness through dashboards, metrics, and reporting related to adoption, productivity, operational efficiency, and organization health indicators
- →Prepare organization design recommendations, implementation plans, and actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and sustainable organizational improvements
- Postgraduate degree or certifications related to Change Management, Agile methodologies, or Project Management
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or transformation-driven environments such as technology, telecommunications, shared services, or similar industries
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as SuccessFactors or other HRIS, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and employee survey tools
