Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive

Location: Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid / Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, occupational health and safety, security, and risk management across the organization.

• →Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• →Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• →Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• →Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• →Ensure compliance with RA 11058 and DOLE D.O. 198-18.
• →Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• →Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• →Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• →Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• →Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
