Visual Merchandising Manager

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the execution of visually engaging retail displays and environments. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall customer journey, strengthening brand identity, and driving foot traffic and sales through effective visual storytelling and in-store experience.

• →Plan and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies across retail spaces
• →Design and implement window displays, store layouts, and promotional setups aligned with brand standards
• →Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to support campaigns, events, and brand activations
• →Ensure timely and high-quality execution of seasonal displays and thematic installations
• →Conduct regular site inspections to maintain visual standards and consistency
• →Analyze store performance and customer behavior to refine merchandising approaches
• →Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for display materials and installations
• →Lead and develop the visual merchandising team to ensure excellence in execution
• →Monitor inventory and usage of visual merchandising materials and assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail or commercial environments
• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Experience in large-format retail, malls, or multi-brand environments is an advantage
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Proficiency in design tools is a plus
