Paralegal - Real Estate

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. With more than 125 attorneys, we encompass a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities. We currently have an opening in the Columbia office for an onsite, full-time Paralegal for the Real Estate practice group.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in Real Estate Closings and Title Insurance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• SoftPro experience preferred but willing to train

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Administrative and closing work
• Electronic notebooks
• Opening files
• Billing
• Other duties to assist the real estate team
