Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and drive scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions across complex environments. 

In this role, you will own the architecture of cloud-native, on-prem, and edge infrastructure, ensuring consistency, automation, and regulatory alignment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define standards, guide implementation, and enable reliable delivery in a highly regulated environment. 

This is a senior, high-impact position where you will shape infrastructure strategy while staying closely connected to engineering execution.

  Define and evolve infrastructure architecture across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments

  Design CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and deployment automation at the architectural level 

• →

  Lead and review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations across different environments  

• →

  Establish standards for secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure

• →

  Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOC 2, FedRAMP, and regulatory requirements

  Guide engineering teams by translating architecture into practical and reusable solutions

  Ensure infrastructure supports high availability, resilience, and operational excellence

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps, with at least 3 years in an architect role  

• Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end infrastructure architectures

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with US-based clients  

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a strong plus 

• Fluent English 

• Cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or multi-cloud environments  

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or equivalent, including module ownership  

• Experience with hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem) or edge deployments  

• Background in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries  

• Exposure to compliance standards such as SOC 2, HITRUST, or FedRAMP
