The Smart Grid Technology Lab focuses on research in real-time simulation technologies, microgrid energy management, control systems, and other smart grid technologies. About the Role
~1 min readDevelop and optimize high-efficiency Supercharging Converter systems used in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and high reliability.
Create technical specifications and detailed schematics for Supercharging Converter designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Supercharging Converter systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in power conversion, battery charging, and renewable energy systems.
Participate in industry conferences and seminars to advance knowledge in supercharging technologies.
Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business goals.
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, with a strong publication record.
Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development used for power control.
Proficiency with circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSpice, Simulink, and LTspice).
Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle charging standards (e.g., CCS and CHAdeMO), and supercharging technology.
Strong international technological foresight with the ability to analyze and make decisions on cutting-edge technology trends, fostering industry-leading competitiveness.
Proven experience in leading new technology development programs and driving innovation.
