Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have good interpersonal/communication skills as well as sound judgment and decision-making skills.

High school diploma required
2-4 years of higher education certificate/degree preferred
2+ years of experience in Master Control operations preferred
Multi-Channel operations experience preferred
