Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Lecturers in SEND to join our Transitions Hub from September 2026.

The Transitions Hub supports young people across the Liverpool City Region with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working at Entry Level 2 and above. Our aim is to equip learners with the skills, confidence and independence they need to progress into adulthood, further education or employment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a growing, specialist provision.
