Webflow and WordPress Developer (005-1233)

• →Build, develop and maintain websites primarily using Webflow and WordPress, with a strong focus on Webflow.
• →Write clean, efficient and maintainable code with minimal unnecessary scripts, elements and code bloat.
• →Ensure websites are fast, responsive and optimised for performance across devices.
• →Apply SEO-friendly development practices, including clean site structure, semantic HTML and crawlable page architecture.
• →Build websites with marketers in mind, ensuring pages and structures are easy to optimise, edit and scale.
• →Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website speed, structure, SEO and functionality.
• →Work closely with marketing teams to ensure development decisions support SEO, paid media, analytics and conversion goals.
• →Conduct quality checks to ensure websites are technically sound before launch.
• →Maintain strong attention to detail across layout, functionality, responsiveness and technical implementation.

• Proven experience developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.
• Strong Webflow experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development principles.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and Google-friendly website architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to build fast-loading websites without unnecessary code or technical bloat.
• Strong understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals and page-speed optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality-control mindset.
• Ability to understand how website structure and development affect marketers, SEO and conversion performance.
• Able to work independently, troubleshoot issues and make sound technical decisions.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
