• →Proven experience in a recruitment environment, specifically in a resourcing or delivery-focused capacity.
• →Demonstrated ability to source and engage high-level candidates for complex roles.
• →Strong communication skills with the confidence to navigate conversations with senior professionals.
• →Ability to work UK business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT) with occasional flexibility to meet international project demands.
• →A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit weekly delivery targets and KPIs.
• →Proficiency in LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Emailing, and Cold Calling.
• →High level of English proficiency.
• →Experience using Microsoft Office tools for reporting and organization.
• →Previous experience working with offshore teams or in a remote capacity.
