• →Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a strong focus on proactive talent identification and outbound sourcing.

• →Demonstrated success hiring remotely across multiple international markets, including South Africa, LATAM, the UK, Europe, and the US.
• →Extensive experience sourcing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AEs), and broader GTM (Go-to-Market) roles.
• → Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray search, Boolean search techniques, Pnet, and other job boards and sourcing platforms.
• → Strong mastery of advanced Boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, and alternative sourcing methods beyond traditional keyword matching.
• → Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• → Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
• → Highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate ATS and CRM records.
