Job Type: Full-time

• →Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
• → Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes
• → Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude
• → Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows
• → Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support
• → Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution
• → Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions
• → Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or AI/automation systems
• Hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering basics
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations effectively
• Ability to work remotely with time zone overlap as required
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations
